Haven't listened to much of Logic but we got a free stream of this DMV rapper's debut album. Co-signed by No-ID and signed by Def Jam, this 24 year old rapper has received critical acclaim for his breakout mixtapes. This album is refreshing and just overall good hip hop, which we seem to lack in this EDM and pop dominated music scene. Take a listen and discover a new artist.

Drizzy blesses us with some birthday gifts of his own as the OVO frontman turned 28 over the weekend. Drake dropped 3 free downloads on the OVO soundcloud. "6 God" being more hip hop of the three and my favorite, always solid when it's a Boi-1da production. Free download too!
Gwen Stefani - Baby Don't Lie
It's been since 2006, but The Hollaback Girl is back with a new single off her third solo album. A Benny Blanco production provides a fun island inspired track where Gwen gets to show off her quirkiness and playfulness throughout. I don't see it getting a lot of radio play, but it's a great track to reintroduce the No Doubt singer back as a solo artist. And whenever One Republic's Ryan Tedder is behind writing the song, it's usually a guaranteed hit.
Baauer - One Touch ft. AlunaGeorge
This track is sick. Baauer goes crazy with the track with subtle trap and heavy bass elements that are perfect for AlunaGeorge's sultry vocals. The collaboration just oozes great chemistry and in turn creates an amazing dance track from the UK duo and Mad Decent producer.
Calvin Harris - Outside ft. Ellie Goulding
Very appropriate for my first post on the new blog format, I'm very very bias towards Calvin and Ellie working together, their last smash hit was one of my Wedding Songs! Releases are just coming out back to back from Mr. Harris's much anticipated album "Motion" due out November. Again, they are able to pick up right where they left off, with a melodic driven dance track that's going to be huge, they are able to recreate the magic from "I Need Your Love". I feel like it's more of a summer track but this will keep me dancing throughout the winter. On repeat.
