The Weeknd - The Hills (Remix) ft. Eminem
The best and The best. Detroit's favorite son blesses the best song out right now with a couple verses. Em goes in!! Hearing Em on a trap beat is awesome! The Weeknd dropped 2 bombs right before performing on SNL last night, not just one remix with Marshall, but another remix with Nicki Minaj which he actually performed with on SNL. The Weeknd is absolutely on fire right now!

Glass Animals & Joey Bada$$
Haven't listened to any of Joey Bada$$ before and I never heard of the band Glass Animals, but this track is fire! "Lose Control" is an amazing collaboration between Brooklyn rapper Joey Bads$$ and English rock band Glass Animals. Actually heard this on Ebro's Beats 1 show, which is awesome for new music btw, and I immediately downloaded it. That feeling when you hear one artist for the first time, or two in this case, and dive into their catalogues is always that gratifying feeling that music is able to provide. Look forward to listening more from both artists.
Goldlink - Spectrum
I don't know if GoldLink will ever blow in mainstream because of his unorthodox style and sound, but we love him here and his body of work so far, plus he's reppin' that DMV! He keeps on dropping bangers; kinda reminds me of a young Andre 3000 with his quick choppy flow. "Spectrum" has that kinda of deep house feel where D'Anthony just goes off between Missy Elliott samples and Tagalog dialogue (which is awesome)!!! Must listen!

The Game - Mula ft. Kanye West
The Game's "The Documentary 2" is shaping up to be a classic. Jayceon has been playing early copies for everybody and so far he's been co-signed by everybody he's played it for. "Mula" is the latest leak featuring Kanye West. This is straight heat, slow 3 minute banger where him and Kanye trade verses and just straight up rap. I like the chemistry between them, Kanye's singing hook, and the dirty grimey beat, dope.
Tinashe - Player ft. Chris Brown
I love Tinashe! Here's the first official single off her up and coming sophmore effort "Joyride". "Player" featuring C Breezy has a nice bouncy house vibe to it. Chris' rap/sing verse sits right in the middle where the tempo slows and cuts the song nicely in half. I wish she came with something a little bit stronger as her lead single, but it should land her a nice top 40 hit.
